Your perspectives on poor management decisions, high-pressure morale, lack of effective communication, and compromised work-life balance are valuable to us, and we are actively working to create a positive change.
Thank you for the kind words about development and career advancement opportunities we offer. As we consider our employees our greatest asset, we continue to offer each employee a specific amount of working time and budget annually to allocate for their own personal development.
To specifically address the management decisions, we are conducting a comprehensive review of our decision-making processes. We understand the importance of transparency and fairness, and we are dedicated to making improvements that ensure better outcomes for everyone involved.
Regarding work-life balance concerns, we are constantly revisiting our expectations and workload distribution. Our goal is to foster a work environment that encourages productivity while prioritizing the well-being of our team members. Apart from flexible working arrangements (core working time), to enable our employees to spend more time with their family/friends, we offer up to twice a year, up-to two-week mobile work without weekly office attendance day.
Effective communication is fundamental to a healthy workplace, and we recognize that there is room for improvement in this area. We are currently working on new measures to enhance communication quality, including regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and open/anonymous forums for employees to express their thoughts and concerns. Creating an environment where every employee feels heard and valued is a top priority for us.
