Pros
We might get sold soon. The business is running very lean which hopefully makes us more attractive to be bought out to end the current mayhem/ leadership.
Cons
Staff turnover. No one feels that their job is safe. We have lost 2 MDs in 18 months. Numerous directors have left. Well respected people have all escaped. Zero stability and morale at an all time low. Denmark now run the show in the UK. You’re just a number. They don’t care about individuals.
