The business/technical challenge is always very exciting. - At Ambush, you are surrounded by very talented people in technology, with a lot of diversity of ideas and personality, which is essential for a good culture. - You feel very close to management, and communication is very direct. - It is financially competitive, especially for those living outside the USA. - Extra time off based on the Brazilian calendar.
Cons
- Like in any consultancy, you may not always get to choose what you work on. However, the company does offer medium/long-term solutions if you want to change projects. - There isn't a very clear career path, as in more structured companies. For many people, this can be bothersome, but not for me.
