Great team but low pay and poor management - Software Engineer Amdocs Employee Review

Salary is low, there is pretty much no chance for increase. No bonuses, low chance to grow. Management is bad, directly lying to your face if you ask for a raise. Technology used is very old, no chance to propose new solutions and improve. Management is in hurry to deliver, but product is bad.
