      Pros

      Very well structured company, with processes well defined and good documentation/information repository. Nice colleagues all over the world, concerned with employee benefits like fun day and project day.

      Cons

      All salary and promotion decisions depend on the HQ's approval and can happen only on a specific month of the year, which may slow down your process.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
