      Nice and Cheap Food. Free Snacks and fruits in morning and evening Opportunity to go abroad Good perk when you are on site work.

      Cons

      10-12 Hours of working everyday Very Less Salary Hike Money is very less compared to work Will not find even read a news paper in whole day

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
