Pros
1)if you are in PBG group there will be work life balance,relaxed time lines,lot of R&D work. 2)Facilities teams like infra , help desk etc. works hard to let the people works smoothly. 3)many benefits like free snacks,A/C cabs,subsidised food.Parties , team outings ,perks are very frequent.
Cons
1) Moving to other locations or teams is bit difficult. 2) Hikes are not uniform organisation wide it depends on the group you are working for means how much business your group is making for company.
