Pros
The benefits are awesome. Experience brings lots of vacation time, paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays, fantastic insurance.
Cons
The work environment is horrible. No respect for the Project Managers internally. The company only places value on development and developers. If you don't code, you don't count. There is no path forward for Project Managers unless you become a Technical Project Manager.
