      Very good benefits. Ability to work from home. Aggressive strategy.

      Cons

      Aggressive strategy with less attention to details. Too much emphasis on addl sales distracts from project direction. Upper mgmt did not have timely responses to customer escalations.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
