      Pros

      Stable company, good work/life balance, competitive salaries, great location. Amdocs is a big company so there are many options to move around.

      Cons

      The offices are crowded, very conservative company, there are very strict policies so anything that doesn't fall under a certain policy is almost impossible to achieve.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
