      Empty friendly, decent salary, want comfort join core, want on site/relocation/good perks join delivery or GSS

      Cons

      I work in core where you need to fight more for salary/site/bonus. less training session. too many managers. will keep you busy all day & whole year. work-life balance not good in delivery & gss

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
