      Nice work load, not too much and not very less. Business knowledge growth is very good. Opportunities for playing your choice of sport are awesome !! Good number of site opportunities.

      Cons

      Very less technical work. WLB not good for people on production support.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
