      Pros

      You can work here for 25+ years and have this as your only professional experience. Also work with primarily Jewish people who speak Hebrew in America.

      Cons

      This place is a dictatorship. Teams don’t communicate with one another and no one is willing to take/accept responsibility. Too much time is spent pointing fingers and deflecting. There is no transparency, collaboration, respect.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
