      flexible working hrs as long as you meet the timeline Ability to take decision on your own ability to grow work culture is very good employee care is good

      Cons

      too much unnecessary internal stress due to cross functional teams HR processes are not up to the mark Salary baseline is not the same for same level of employees

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
