      Cab facility Food facility Perks Bonuses Onsite opportunity Please consider that these things cant give work satisfaction as the work is really bad

      1.Bad work quality 2..no work lyf and poersonal lyf balance 3.No professionalism 4.People working for long time dont know the code and project 5Employees are not encouraged to learn new things rather forced to do work

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
