Manager and senior team members are very helpful. There is constant work speed, no urgency as such to do things if you are in a stable project Once an year outing given by manager under the profit money provided by company for employees enjoyment
Cons
New technologies and things are very less introduced You will be asked to do certifications which are of no use in amdocs as that technology or platform won't be in use way longer time
