      Marketshare leader in telecom BSS. Using bleeding edge and innovative approaches to moving legacy telecoms to the cloud. North American sales are up at record levels.

      Cons

      The overall strategy is not clear nor share amongst everyone at the core of everyday work. New-comers have a hard time keeping track of ever-changing and unclear roadmap.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
