      Very good company for a fresher as well as experienced. There will be lot many things to learn

      I don't see any cons since it's completely our perspective. If we are dedicated to our work, there won't be any disadvantages in a company. Just go with the flow.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
