      Pros

      Very toxic environment where people are afraid to even voice or have an opinion. Management expectation is to put your head down and quietly work. And if you do retaliate, different layers of mgmt will start calling you and speak to you as if you are a nothing and have no value.

      Cons

      Free food on certain days.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
