      nice colleagues, good appraisals & great working environment.

      Cons

      WLB is not good. A big threat to your Job if you are not performing well in the team. Internal Project switch is not easy

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
