      Pros

      Good tech stack and exposure if you get the right team.

      Cons

      Benefits given by executive are not passed to employees by middle managers like wfh, etc. Bonus is too low. As with any service company, majority of developers are not competent. Only few are knowledgeable. People who are not technical are managers of developers.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
