      they give good salary for starters. even if u are not satisfied with the company givings your stomach will be : good breakfast , snacks etc

      they say the pay hike is not much as you would like to be . haven`t experienced myself yet _ _

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
