Great start-up, but expect start-up implications - Anonymous employee Amenities Employee Review

Seemed like a good place to work, everyone was nice

Not even a year after hiring a bunch of people and growing to roughly 25 employees, they suddenly fired everyone except about 5 people. It was really out of nowhere because we had just had an all hands meeting where management was talking about how we were doing so great and the runway was years long. Very negative environment in regards to how they treat clients, many meetings were basically soapboxes for how the clients were making so many mistakes. It sometimes felt like hiring decisions were made for optics, and leadership would call out demographic changes in ways that felt unprofessional.
