No micromanagement. You know what you're supposed to do and training is very clear. I've been in very few jobs where I came out of training ready to hit the floor right away.

The work environment is somewhat chaotic, but for this type of work - you kind of need that. Motion creates emotion, and I never felt like the day was going to be dull here.
