Pros
The work is very easy.
Cons
Poor quality equipment. Little to no leadership. Managers seem to be powerless when it comes to helping employees with problems related to the job. The uniforms are goofy looking, uncomfortable, and ridiculously over priced. Ambulances are often in very poor condition. No monitors on many trucks. Youll be doing manual blood pressures or using a auto cuff bought at the dollar general.Inexperienced dispatchers. Unresponsive HR department that will not respond to emails, and they cant be called as they've disconnected their phone line. There seems to be only one person who handles scheduling for the entire company. Software is constantly having issues, computers used for charting/reports are often in disrepair. Little to no accountability for poor behavior of employees.
