Pros
* Positive people and environment, for the most part * Solid benefits/holiday bonus/401K matching * Remote work/telecommuting flexibility * Company tends to promote from within if possible * The "family company" outlook allows for things that come up (emergencies, illness, etc) in a way that is flexible and understanding * Lots of opportunities for charitable contributions of goods and time * Employee engagement and appreciation activities are a high priority (and yes, this includes the food) * Owner/CEO is a genuinely good person who takes time to maintain relationships with employees * Has grown fast and continues to grow, so there's an element of job security
Cons
* Rapid growth means growing pains -- sometimes logistics and resources aren't taken into account when trying to make things happen for a client/customer * Directives starting at the top can trickle down like a bad game of telephone, to what boils down to "just get it done" for non-management staff
