Avoid if you can, terrible management - Web Content Specialist American Bankers Association Employee Review

Really did not enjoy working here. My supervisor was a terrible communicator. I felt isolated from my team, and my onboarding was not only rushed but extremely unorganized. Expectations were not set or made clear. I remember asking my supervisor for a 90-day review so that I could improve, and I never got one… very frustrating. The job ended up not working out, and almost two years later, I'm so much better off at my new company. If you are early-career, I would avoid this place.
