      great atmosphere and people. have not worked with one employee i did not like so far

      As salary often have to work long hours with no additional pay. minimum 50 hours a week in the field.

      Pros

      Great people. Great training. Great leadership. Great culture. Good benefits. Plenty of career opportunity, the more you prove yourself the more you’re moved up.

      Cons

      Some projects understaffed, but this is very common for the industry at the moment. Unrealistic owner schedules can lead to long hours, another issue with the entire industry.
