Interim CEO not experienced and picks favorites--- promotes them even. She was in HR and now she is the CEO, when she couldn't even get HR things right, how can she be CEO. Hours are close to 12 a day. Benefits low.

In recent years, AHIMA has undergone significant restructuring, which created some uncertainty and impacted morale. My role was ultimately eliminated due to organizational changes, and I observed similar impacts across other departments. Communication around these changes could have been more transparent, and there were periods of ambiguity regarding roles and responsibilities.
