Cons
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life. First off, be expected to work 14 hour days for 4 weeks with absolutely no pay whatsoever. The morals and values of the company are horrendous, you are not able to befriend anybody at the company unless you are management. You will actually get in trouble if they find out you hung out with someone within the agency outside of work. I took the position being told I was going to be paid $1,500/week during training plus a percentage of commission from the sales your trainer makes. I received no compensation whatsoever for 4 weeks. My trainer would not put my name down on the sales which did not allow me to receive any compensation, any management was totally fine with it. Be prepared to receive calls and texts all hours of the morning and night (not kidding)! Training: Training is meant to be two weeks long and you're to be paid $1,500/week. Training is actually 4 weeks long with no pay at all. Be prepared to work 14 hour days and not get home until 1AM each night. THERE ARE NO DAYS OFF WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They tell you you get Sunday off...if you actually take Sunday off you are frowned upon within the company. Management is absolutely horrible, they belittle you, talk bad about you, cuss at you...make fun of you in the GroupMe text...with you in it. And here comes the worst part, you have to BEG for your checks. You're supposed to be paid every friday, good luck with that. Sometimes the checks "accidentally" get sent to the other office and you won't receive them for another week. They tell you you're going to receive $1,000 check (example) and it turns out to be $200. They claim that all your sales didn't go through. The owner of the company is the most unprofessional New Yorker I have ever met in my life. To Conclude: Stay far away from this company! They teach you to lie to the clients to make sales, they don't pay you, and they harass you after you leave the company.
