Pros
The pay is good. $16/hr for drivers, $17/hr for dispatchers (dispatch starts at $16/hr then increases to $17/hr IF YOU LAST THE FIRST 2 WEEKS)
Cons
Cons as a driver: Unorganized management system makes drivers jobs harder (amazon is partly to blame, but mainly management)
Cons as a dispatcher: Owner/manager wanting you to be in 5 different places at once, Owner/manager wanting you to handle 10 different things at once, Owner/manager requiring you to answer a work phone and your personal phone at the same time, running back and fourth from all ends of warehouse, working 15+ hours each shift, Minimum training given, Owner expecting you to know things that you were never trained on, using your personal vehicle to do tasks for Owner, unorganized chaos EVERY SINGLE DAY AS A DISPATCHER, getting yelled at and disrespected by the OWNER
Overall: the Owner terminates drivers/dispatchers without warning, so when someone gets fired, that just pushes all of their duties on the current dispatcher, then the process starts again. Payroll gets messed up sometimes and its a hassle to get your pay fixed.
