Pros
Compensation and benefits are good. Facilty is above average. AMS still has some longer term employees who still care about the company, but they are becoming fewer and more dissatisfied with the direction of the company and are being hurt by poor morale in general.
Cons
AMS has become a revolving door, particularly in the Operations/Manufacturing group. The recent change in the Operations VP will certainly accelerate the process. Unfortunate to see good, strong contributors taking their talent elsewhere. A general lack of respect for employees and terrible morale is taking it's toll even on long term personnel.
