Pros

None, besides getting a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Where to begin.. first off, management is generally two faced. They say one thing but expect something completely different. There is minimal transparency. In my experience, they did not have any ethical or moral issues with lying directly to an employee regarding their job expectations, which should be a red flag to prospective new employees. Due to their combined dishonesty, multiple employees have voluntary quit jobs at ARCO in favor working at other companies which have more stable work environments. I was laid off because I believe that I drew too much attention to the fact that management lied to me multiple times. At ARCo, the work environment is tolerable when business is good and it becomes intolerable when sales performance is lacking (which may not have been your fault at all but you are still punished). For your own sake, avoid working at American Roller Company!! It could become a blemish on your career and then will likely cause more harm than good to your career.

Pros

American Roller has a strong reputation in the industry and provides a stable and supportive work environment. The company values innovation and continuous improvement, which makes it a great place for those who want to make an impact.Leadership is receptive to ideas for improvement, and there’s an opportunity to shape company culture. The team is knowledgeable and experienced, providing a great learning environment.

Cons

Communication and company culture are areas that could be improved, but efforts are being made to create a more connected and engaging workplace. With multiple locations, collaboration across teams can sometimes be challenging, but technology and structured processes are helping bridge the gap.

Pros

none that I could reasonable say

Cons

The Culture of the company is very egotistical and the structure is in a buddy system style. They are owned by holding company so they laid a large amount of people off and cut corners to look more profitable putting lipstick on the pig as some may say. Safety is preached but not practiced.
