Long hours. Bad coworkers. Oh well

Positive work environment, great pay, (depending on your work output) you're eligible every three months for a raise, great schedule and the bosses are quite understanding that we all have prior responsibilities outside of work

Working in the rain sucks but this IS Washington🙄
