      It can be a grind at times but when things get slow you can count on more weekends off to recoup.

      Health insurance benefits. Consistent paycheck.

      Cons

      No raises, toxic work culture, underpaid employees based on responsibilities. No company values. Doesn't promote employee growth. Directors are unprofessional and bullies. Salaries for new employees more than employees with tenure. Real issues are swept under the rug and never addressed.
