Pros

The pros are the good pay and bonuses.

Cons

To be hired there you have to be family or friend. A lot of the same last names floating around there. Office is run off of inexperienced managers, who thrive on gossip, rumors, and talking about your personal business. Someone is always on the "hot seat" (usually picked on until demoted twice and then let go if they don't quit first ) the employees are over worked and physically ill from the stress and toxic environment the managers and leads put them in the workplace, and don't try and request to see a physician on their time, that's an attendance variance to them. If your not fired in time from you not conforming to their unprofessional ways of "leading" Than you will be fired for anything they can find I quit before they gave the opportunity as well did the few before me. If you want a secure place, and to obtain your mental health ... run away from the Orlando branch.

Pros

The CULTURE at this company sets it apart from others. They not only talk the talk but they walk the walk.

Cons

Pay is average and advancement is hard because business is not increasing.

Pros

Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.

Cons

Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
