Not loyal at all. Hired the CEO son and started him off with 25 dolllar an hour as a team lead knowing he will only be there for 6 weeks. While other team leaders starting pay is 13 dollars if lucky.

Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.
Cons
Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
