- lack of flexibilty for office staff. asking to work at home or hybrid is laughable
- lack of bonuses twice in a row. It's not our fault that sales messed up the THD contract
- lack of respect for HR. We should report to corporate HR, not Ops

We appreciate your feedback. A lot have changes have occurred over the last two years due to the pandemic. Thankfully, this past quarter was a record breaking one and we are growing and moving forward as a company!
Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.
Cons
Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
