      Be wary of negative reviews, they're probably from jaded former employees who got themselves into trouble for laziness, attendance issues, and/or lackluster performance. If you have a strong work ethic and show up for work this company will take care of you. Leadership is strong and focuses on building up employees to take on responsibilities. If you are passionate about cannabis this is the place for you.

      Cons

      All holidays are worked. Grow teams are slim so if a team member doesn't show up it burdens the rest of the team to pick up the slack.

      Pros

      I've worked here for about a year and it's been great. The unsatisfied employees that spend their shift complaining do the bare minimum and the people that move up do the best they can to make it great. They have a really good regional manager but they need more help one person is 3 departments.

      Co workers can be great or terrible. Pay isn't enough
