Pros
The people are GREAT in office. Laid back environment with very helpful management.
Cons
Most upper management are in other states or countries. They have NO clue what it's like being on phones. You are constantly expected to meet goals and back to back calls unrealistically. The pay is not nearly enough. Any good programs with commission were took away from our office to go to other countries with no warning.
