Tips: I dislike the fact that tips were giving every week instead of every shift. managers said 'you'll make more if we combine all tips together and split it like that." Apparently that wasn't the case. I've been seeing less and less on my tips since week one when i started with the company. Lack of good management skills and ethics: they want you do things as a runner that they wouldn't do if it was the other way around.
