Amica serves as a tragic example of a once great company that been ran into the ground. The management job is pretty much being a Taskmaster and telling people to get back on the phones. You micromanage your team every second of every day. Workforce management is Championed but it has cost amica dozens of good employees
Your promotion is based on who you know in home office and if you fit their characteristics for upper management. Changes in SCS leadership in the past 3 years have caused permanent damage to this once great company. Pay is atrocious and the benifits keep getting reduced.
The leadership is so chained to the past that their managment promotion structure is from 30 years ago.
