Pros
Great energy, work-life balance! The office culture is positive and relaxed. When it's crunch time for anyone in the office who needs help, team members will find ways try to help out to reach expectations and goals. Support is there when needed but everyone is pretty much expected to be independent at their own desk. Really enjoyed my time working there! Did I mention they have games every Monday morning to start off the week right, and beers on almost every Fridays?!
Cons
I've definitely seen the ups and downs of the recruitment cycle, and can understand why some of the hires had to be let go at some point. With any growing company, there have been moments of stress. There can be challenging weeks, but we always try to look at the positive sides and move on.
