Pros

Nothing to say. Bad company please avoid at all costs

Cons

The HR manager does not support employees and often makes things unnecessarily difficult. Policies are frequently changed or twisted based on their own preferences, and there is clear bias. When it comes to money, she will act quickly and even for so called “employee engagement” programs, employees are the ones who have to spend their own time and energy. Salary deductions seem to be their top priority. QA manager is very bossy and rude, and unwilling to listen to others’ opinions. He believes he is always right and has an old-school mindset. He insists on printing hard copies of emails and often call for early morning briefings, yet he don’t actually take note of the progress shared. It feels like these meetings are just for show, to make others think he is working. Employees are expected to figure out complex tasks on their own, while simple tasks are micromanaged. Even during major events, the focus is not on content or outcomes, For example, his priorities during audits seem to be trivial matters like attendance forms, lunch arrangements, and parking, while staff are left to prepare the actual audit documents themselves and during audits, he like to scold staff/worker in front of auditors. Very rude He also places more importance on whether emails are printed and filed rather than the actual content of the work. Every morning, he repeatedly call staff to ask the same questions that have already been updated before, followed by unnecessary complaints. Then by around 10 AM, he will be quiet in his room for the rest of the day.
