Pros
-The coworkers were great to work with, very nice people. -Relaxed office culture, but everyone is still hardworking -Gave a lot of training, though sometimes you had to ask for it
Cons
-After a while the routine may get monotonous -Fundraising seasons are a lot of work, may be high pressure -It may be hard to contact other departments outside of your own, especially if they are located in another city
