Pros
Annual Team Alignment meetings and coaching. Clear communication with team and management. Good direction, we all know where we are going. Good documented process and procedures that are on-gong and updated with changes. A wide variety of training. Team member retention is amazing due to management taking the extra steps needed to ensure all new hires are good fits for the culture and the team.
Cons
My commute is the only thing that I can think of, however I don't want to move, so earlier driving times are always better.
