Cons
There is an overemphasis on assigning leadership titles to individuals who do not manage teams and lack the skills for the role, while critical operational roles remain understaffed. It often felt like those at the top were unqualified to make sound decisions, and the company’s direction reflects that. Turnover is extremely high, and it is not hard to see why once you are in it. Leadership lacks diversity. There is talk about inclusion, but it rarely translates into action, and decisions often contradict that message. The culture is top down and disrespectful, with women frequently dismissed or sidelined. Leaders often spoke over employees, creating an environment where voicing ideas could get you labeled difficult or aggressive. While never stated outright, there is a clear expectation to be reachable on weekends and during PTO.
