Pros
Good company culture, very family-like. Happy hours, fostering the social aspect a plus. Nice working environment, nice co-workers. Good amount of PTO and good benefits as well.
Cons
Although relatively flexible with time off, expected to work long hours at times. Upper management is out of touch. If you don't work in the head office, good luck. Pay is extremely low for the industry, and mobility is fairly limited.
