Small company with unknowns about progression and potentially buy out

The core of people outside of leadership are fantastic. Great foot in the door for Business to Government and Tech. A lot of the role is learned as you go holding yourself accountable. Work from home.

No opportunity for growth. OTE projection in the interview process is significantly short of what you actually make. HR is essentially nonexistent. Poor communication from leadership. The promise of equity in the organization was a lie. benefits are awful.
