Unless you're part of the Amplience old boys' club, you probably won't stay for long.
Reviews stating "great environment" are laughable..!! Management are oblivious to turbulent office morale and churn rates are sky high. People get fired if they won't assimilate, so there is an underlying atmosphere of fear across all departments, apart from the cronies and also the newbies who don't yet know any better.
Unprofessionalism in senior management has to be seen to be believed but hardworking staff are treated with distrust and inflexibility. As per some of the other truthful reviews, ladies aren't treated equally and it's embarrassing. Absolute loyalty respect and deference is demanded from staff but not reciprocated, infact if you work with the leadership team prepare to put up with volatile behaviour, rudeness and raised voices on a regular basis. Note that friends of leadership are not subjected to this.
There have been some talented people here and a promising product, but the company changes direction so much it's impossible to keep up. Teams usually have no say in this and don't get the information they need to work with the changes but are still expected to meet targets.
Career prospects? Say goodbye to them! Job descriptions mean nothing. Personal development is not a consideration. Staff aren't given any guidance training or feedback but are harshly disciplined or fired if they wobble. Decent base salary but pay rises don't happen and agreed comp packages aren't honoured. 'Profits over people' has been a running joke which would be funny if it weren't true.
The management team won't acknowledge the problems or don't care. Unfortunately there is no way for staff to raise concerns without fear of recourse... speak up at your peril. HR is here for the company, not the employees. HR also preaches about things being great, but it's a facade and I'm not sure people outside the leadership team would honestly agree.
It is a fact that at least two positive reviews on Glassdoor have been written by Amplience in an attempt to displace some of the authentic reviews. Beware.
